  2. Players are not allowed to create, use, or deposit to more than one account. Players who are found to have multiple accounts or to have allowed multiple users to access their account may face account suspensions or revocations, and forfeiture of their accumulated Full Tilt Points and real money balances.

  3. Harassment of any player or observer may result in the suspension or termination of the offender's account.

  4. "Begging" for money (real or play) at tables is forbidden and may result in the suspension or termination of the offender's account.

  5. Players and observers may not discuss a hand until the action is complete. Discussing cards discarded or hand possibilities is not allowed.

  6. Soft playing or chip dumping is not allowed. Any unethical play may result in the suspension or termination of the offender's account.

  7. Collusion between players by sharing hole cards or by other methods, including but not limited to, chip dumping, talking about a hand before action is completed, or allowing multiple players to share a single account, is strictly forbidden. Full Tilt Poker reserves, in addition to other measures, the right to restrict seating and/or to prohibit Users from playing at a particular poker table or in a tournament, including restricting two or more Users from playing together at the same table or in the same tournament. Collusion may also result in the forfeiture of your entire Full Tilt Poker balance.

  8. Full Tilt Poker prohibits the use of external player assistance programs (EPA Programs) which are designed to provide users with an unfair advantage over their opponents. Full Tilt Poker defines external to mean computer software (other than the Full Tilt Poker game client), and non-software-based databases or profiles (e.g., web sites and subscription services). Full Tilt Poker defines an unfair advantage as a user accessing or compiling information on other players beyond that which the user has personally observed through his or her own game play.

  9. The use of artificial intelligence including, without limitation, "robots" is strictly forbidden in connection with Full Tilt Poker. All actions taken in relation to Full Tilt Poker’s games and tournaments must be executed personally by players through the user interface accessible by use of the game software. You agree that Full Tilt Poker may take steps to detect and prevent the use of prohibited EPA programs. These steps may include, but are not limited to, examination of software programs running concurrently with the Full Tilt Poker software on the player’s computer.

  10. In the event that Full Tilt Poker deems that a player has engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest or improper activity while playing in our games or tournaments, including without limitation, engaging in any of the activities set forth above or any other game manipulation, collusion, or the making of any fraudulent payment, including without limitation, use of a stolen credit card or fraudulent chargeback or money laundering, Full Tilt Poker shall be entitled to take such action as it sees fit, including immediately blocking access to our games and tournaments, terminating the player’s Full Tilt Poker account, seizing all monies held in the relevant Full Tilt Poker "real money account", disclosing such information (including the identity of the player) to banks, credit card companies and/or any person or entity that has the legal right to such information, and/or taking legal action against such player.

  11. All conversation at an active ring game or tournament table must be conducted in English except in country specific tournaments, where players and observers may chat in English or the primary language of that country (e.g. in tournaments limited to players in Germany, players may chat in German or English). Only chat in English and the primary language of that country are permitted in such tournaments. In all other cases, chat is limited specifically to English. Any other chat in languages besides English may result in the suspension of a user’s chat privileges.

  12. Players must adhere to the rules outlined in our Terms of Use.

  13. In games with blinds, the big blind will always advance clockwise to the next player at the table. The small blind will be given to the seat of the player who paid the previous big blind. If the player in the big blind leaves the table, there may be no small blind on the next hand. The button will normally progress to the seat that was the previous small blind.

  14. If there is a split pot, not equally divisible by the number of players left in the hand, the 'extra' chips will be awarded one at a time to the remaining players, starting with the player closest to the left of the button.
