If you’ve experienced functional difficulties involving the Full Tilt Poker game software, please follow the steps below to email a report to Full Tilt Poker.

  1. In the body of the email, please include a short description of what you were doing when there was a problem with the Full Tilt Poker game software.
  2. If you have not done so already, re-open the Full Tilt Poker game software.
  3. If you are a Windows user, please attach the file located in ...\Full Tilt Poker\Cache ending in .cdp and also attach the file cdp.dat located in the same folder.
